Who we are
Morningstar Mission, at its core, is motivated by and lived out according to our Christian faith, hope and love
We are also motivated by the teachings of Jesus in Matthew 25 (verse 35 & 36):
‘For I was hungry, and you gave me something to eat,
I was thirsty, and you gave me something to drink,
I was a stranger, and you invited me in,
I was naked and you clothed me,
I was sick and you looked after me,
I was in prison and you came to visit me.’
Latest message
The Warming Centre runs from Nov 1 – Apr 30. Open weekdays 5:30pm to 10:30am, and 23 hours a day on weekends and holidays. Guests who are unhoused can use one of the 17 sleep pods, and food is available.
